The gym I am filming in is a new location called SWAT Health and it is THE most beautiful gym, located right on Toronto’s waterfront. What I Eat in a Day | Cooking from Home HOLLA! Usually i’m working from a desk, so today was a rare day for me to take off and film what I sometimes eat in a day. I am a pescetarian, so I usually have a protein shake as well after my workout! Sometimes I’ll have a snack after dinner (apples & peanut butter or a sneaky handful of chips) to keep me satiated. I’m back with a workout video! It’s been a long time. Try this full body circuit out, it’s got everything you will ever want in a workout. Don’t forget to do a dynamic warm up before beginning! Good day! I filmed this last month when I flew to Vancouver to shoot with Lululemon, but I had to wait until the final shots and videos were released by them before I could publish it. I’ve been meaning to film a BTS video for a while, because I think it’s so interesting to see what it takes to get those perfect shots that you see on their websites! This is my 4th time shooting with them and I am so lucky I get to keep going back. Lulu is one of the nicest, easy going, yet professional brands I’ve shot with. I know many of my readers workout from home, so I decided to put together a 5 Minute At Home Warm Up Routine video! 5 minutes is a very QUICK warm-up, but I also realize that not everyone has 10-15 minutes to warm up before their workout. Because of that, I designed this routine to efficiently hit every part of your body before you get started exercising. FAT SHREDDING PARTNER WORKOUT | ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT

Welcome back to another workout - This time - with a partner! So grab your gym buddy, send them this video link and get ready to sweat. My favorite thing about this workout is that you only need one piece of equipment to get it done. So if you’re at the gym and it’s crazy busy and all you can snag is a kettlebell or a barbell - this workout is for YOU. We’re using a sandbag in this workout, but as I mention in the video, you can use literally any piece of equipment and just modify. Full workout: 3 - 4 ROUNDS TOTAL: 35 seconds on/ 15 seconds rest break. Partner 1 goes with the equipment first for 35 seconds while partner 2 waits. After the 15 second rest break, partner 2 does the first exercise while partner 1 moves onto the body weight exercise. Follow this order until the last exercise (where partner 1 will be resting while partner 2 finishes up the final exercise).
