When you re-raise an exception, you will reset the backtrace (the track back to the line on which the error was raised) and might change the error code (if you raise a different exception to propagate the exception "upwards"). So it is extremely important to call you error logging subprogram (see previous Good to Know) before you re-raise an exception. One of the biggest challenges with building project schedules is that often you don’t know the details of a piece of work but you need it on your schedule regardless. If you work in IT or software development, everyone knows about Rolling Wave Planning. It’s the foundation of iterative methodologies like SCRUM or Lean. But maybe you didn’t know we can also apply it to construction projects. Watch this video to learn how you can apply this technique to your project.

Oracle Service Bus (OSB) 12c is a lightweight, scalable and reliable Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). It is designed to connect, mediate and manage interaction between heterogeneous services, legacy systems, ERPs and other ESB instances across the enterprise. It is more than a mere messaging engine; it is the communications medium that connects all assets of the enterprise SOA and provides industry standard interfaces to the enterprise as a whole, not just to specific applications.
