Single on Valentines Day? Here are 4 Ways to Treat Yo'self Like You Love Yo'self [DATING ADVICE]

07:03
"Men are horrible". "Being single on Valentines Day is horrible". Here's how to make it better: https://secret.sexyconfidence.com/attract/ ►►Subscribe here to learn more of my dating tips for women: http://bit.ly/2p50Jpw Find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sexyconfidence1 Find us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/officialsexyconfidence/ Read more relationship advice articles on our blog: https://sexyconfidence.com/blog/ Learn how to attract "the one": https://secret.sexyconfidence.com/attract/ Yea. I get it. Having a holiday that's all about love, sweet love when you're far from being in it can be super irritating. It feels like the world has exploded with roses and heart-shaped balloons, and all you want to do is crawl under a rock. Stop feeling like you're the only one. In today's video, I talk about how you can be happy with your single life, on Valentine's Day and every day. Now, I know you're probably thinking to yourself, Adam, aren't you a relationship coach? Don't you help people find love? Why are you trying to convince me that I want to be single?? Here's a secret that I have found: the best way to find a great relationship is to actually be happy with your single life. It's true. I've heard this over, and over, and over again, especially with clients that join the Attract The One Academy, my 10-week program that helps women find love. I find at the end of the program, a lot of my clients say that the moment that they became happy with their single life was the very moment that they get snatched up by a great guy. It's funny, they're almost like, hey, I was actually starting to enjoy my single life and now I don't have to be single anymore! But it really is that moment when you finally start enjoying being on your own that you start to attract love. Your Coach, Adam P.S. Want to join the thousands of women who have graduated with honors from the Attract The One Academy? Sign up today and get 10 weeks of tried-and-true advice to help you find The One! Sign up for Attract The One Academy here: https://secret.sexyconfidence.com/attract/ Whether you're sad because you're single on Valentine's Day or any other day of the year, it's important to acknowledge those feelings rather than bury them in a bucket of Ben & Jerry's. Realize that the state of being single is temporary. Enjoy this time for what it is: an amazing opportunity to get to know yourself without a partner. Here are a few reasons to celebrate being single on Valentine's Day Reason #1 Being Single on Valentine's Day Rocks: Being a Singleton is Exciting! Enjoy your single life! It's not permanent. I want you to acknowledge that being single can actually be one of the most exciting and fun times of your life. Being single doesn't mean being lonely...unless you make it that way. Don't underestimate how amazing it can be to be single. Enjoy it and be grateful for that time of your life, because if all goes well, as you follow my advice, you're not going to be single for very long. Reason #2 Being Single on Valentine's Day Rocks: Society Isn't the Boss of You No one but you has a say in your love life! Stop listening to societal expectations about how you need to be in a relationship. When your mother tells you that you need to find a husband right now, take it with a grain of salt. I'm here to tell you that there's nothing wrong with you. So hold out, enjoy your time right now, and don't let people in your life make you feel awful for being single. It's none of their business whether you're single or not! Reason #3 Being Single on Valentine's Day Rocks: It's a Great Day to Meet People Being single on Valentine's Day has its perks! Why? Because everyone who's out at a party or at a bar on Valentine's Day is single. Reason #4 Being Single on Valentine's Day Rocks: It's an Excuse to Pamper Yo'Self Take Valentine's Day as the opportunity to pamper yourself. - Book an all-day spa treatment, complete with massage and mani/pedi - Treat yourself to some retail therapy - Have dinner and drinks with your single ladies - Go to a singles mixer - Book a hotel just for you (or with girlfriends) and have a mini vacation It's such a good way to de-stress, relax, and detox any time, but Valentine's Day is a great excuse to take care of you. So there you have it. Maybe I showed you a little of why being single on Valentine's Day ain't so hard after all. It's all about your mindset. I'm here to tell you that you can be happy the way you are, right now. How do you plan to celebrate being single on Valentine's Day this year? I'd love to hear from you in the comments right there below. Even if you're digging your single lady status, check out my Attract The One Academy. Now is the perfect to learn the skills of being confident and feeling great so that when you do meet the right guy, you're ready for him. Processing all of this information is a gargantuan task that would require a massive supercomputer that SETI can’t quite afford. So they came up with a brilliant idea. It’s called SETI at home. It’s a program you can install on your computer that processes tiny parts of that data in the background. Spreading that data across thousands of computers around the world, they’re able to crank through mountains of information, without the mountainous cost of a supercomputer. But back in the 70’s none of that existed. Signals from space had to be printed out and processed by hand. Which is exactly what astronomer Jerry Ehman was doing on August 18th, 1977. He was going over reams of printouts when he found a massive spike in a certain frequency of radio wave. It was a spike 30 times higher than the background noise, and it was so noteworthy, he literally wrote “Wow” on the page. It has since become known as the wow signal, and it’s still confusing scientists 40 years later. The Big Ear went into operation in 1963 and was initially put to use on the Ohio Sky Survey, which catalogued nearly 20,000 sources of radio waves between 1965 and 1971. Since it was on the ground, the telescope basically used the rotation of the Earth to scan across the sky. When it measured a radio signal, they could infer by the time of day what direction the telescope was pointing and match that with visual sky surveys to figure out what star or galaxy it came from. In 1956 on the grounds of Ohio Wesleyan University, construction crews broke ground on a massive telescope the size of three football fields to monitor the sky for radio signals from deep space. It was officially known as the Ohio State University Radio Observatory, because it was actually run by Ohio State, but it was more well known by its nickname. The Big Ear. So a popular misconception with the wow signal is that 6EQUJ5 is some kind of alien code that we received but it’s actually just a measure of signal strength. Ehrman and others immediately started pointing telescopes at the spot where the signal originated, which is in the constellation Sagittarius, but nothing has ever shown up. So, it’s not a star or galaxy or pulsar or black hole because we’d pick up more signals from that location. As far as we know, and we’ve looked there a lot at this point, there’s nothing there. At least, no cosmic body that would normally produce a radio stream like that. But the mystery actually gets deeper. Because the frequency that this signal was found on was 1420 MHz. And if you were paying attention in last week’s video about the Voyager missions, 1420 mHz is the frequency that hydrogen atoms expel photons during hyperfine transitions. (also known as 21-centimeter line or hydrogen line) This same frequency was used by Carl Sagan and Frank Drake when creating the Pioneer and Voyager plaques as a way to communicate with an alien species should they ever come across the spacecraft.

The voices in my head | Eleanor Longden

14:18
To all appearances, Eleanor Longden was just like every other student, heading to college full of promise and without a care in the world. That was until the voices in her head started talking. Initially innocuous, these internal narrators became increasingly antagonistic and dictatorial, turning her life into a living nightmare. Diagnosed with schizophrenia, hospitalized, drugged, Longden was discarded by a system that didn't know how to help her. Longden tells the moving tale of her years-long journey back to mental health, and makes the case that it was through learning to listen to her voices that she was able to survive. When the rescue team got their new place? or Tayo became police officer? or... When Tayo and Rogi tried to find who is cooler? :) Let us know which one is your favorite in comments! The New Emergency Center A new emergency center building opens up and all members of the rescue team vehicles(Frank the Fire Truck/Engine, Alice the Ambulance, Pat the Police Car, Rookie the Police man) will live together in the same place. Much to the surprise of everyone, the members of the rescue team (brave vehicles) living together, isn’t as easy as working together. Pat’s siren wailing during his sleep, Frank’s water shooting practice in the front yard and Alice’s puppy make things very uncomfortable and everyone starts to avoid their roommates. This all changes when they are dispatched to a major fire incident that brings them all together! Go rescue team! Go the New Emergency Center! Tayo becomes a police officer On Police Day, Tayo gets to experience a day in the life of a police officer. As he always wish to be a hero, he hopes to to take an active part on the job. So, Tayo becomes enthusiastic about finding a case to resolve. But, he eventually becomes depressed when he realizes that he keeps misunderstanding normal situations as illegal incidents. Later in the day, he finds Speed breaking the traffic rules because his brakes don't work. Tayo helps prevent a serious accident. Who is cooler? Tayo and Rogi get to take care of Bongbong and Oli on Carry's request. Tayo is Bongbong’s idol and Oli is Rogi’s. They start to argue about who is cooler and better at everything. Tayo and Rogi end up continuously competing with each other because of the baby cars. Bongbong and Oli ask Tayo and Rogi to bring a wheel out of a blocked tunnel, which results in them having to go into the tunnel as well. Astrology of Simone Weil

06:59
The remarkable socialist reformer, philosopher and mystic, Simone Weil was sensitized to the anguish of the world by Moon conjunct Neptune, but made erratic, changeable and perverse through aspects like Moon opposition Uranus. No peace for her with Mars in the 12th, opposing Pluto. Career success meant little with Mars square Jupiter. Shunning wealth and living a spartan life alongside the common workers and soldiers (Venus in Capricorn, conjunct Uranus), her life was cut short by her excess of empathy that kept her from trying to recover from tuberculosis by eating well. Instead she ate such minimal rations that she died, at the age of 34, from her Neptunian, misdirected, anorexic, empathic oversensitivity. Please visit me at: www.edaugusts.com ---e.a.

Tokyo's Secret Island Paradise | AOGASHIMA ★ ONLY in JAPAN

24:50
Jurassic Park may be the first thing that comes to mind when you see Aogashima Island from the air - but yes, THIS IS TOKYO! It's famous for having a volcano inside a volcano surrounded by dense jungle. It's also considered the smallest town in Japan and the hardest place in Japan to get to. There is no direct transportation to Aogashima. These facts are what make Aogashima the best kept secret in Tokyo! ★ The Ogasawara video is out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3TtGXAoTvA Travel 1000km further for Tokyo's distant island paradise! The island is unspoiled. The pristine jungles and beautiful ocean views are like scenes from the movies. HOW TO GET TO AOGASHIMA Air ▶︎ Haneda Airport (Tokyo) to Hachijojima / 50 minutes ▶︎ Helicopter to Aogashima - 20 minutes / 11,530 Yen Note: You have to take the first flight to catch the helicopter or spend the night. Only 1 helicopter flight per day. Sea (Ferry) ▶︎ Takeshiba Pier (Tokyo) to Hachijojima 11-12 hours / Tokai Kisen Line / ▶︎ Hachijojima to Aogashima / 3 hours / Izu Shoto Kaihatsu Line Note: The ferry to Aogashima is often canceled so don't rely on this if you need to be back to Tokyo for a flight etc. It can be delayed for as long as 1 week depending on weather! WHY IS THIS THE HARDEST PLACE TO GET TO? The town is located 200 meters up off the sea. There is no airport and this island is only accessible by helicopter and ferry. The port is one of the most challenging to dock at in the world so when the sea is rough or the wind is too strong, ferries are often canceled. Visitors may be stranded here for a week or more if the weather turns bad. MUST SEE PLACES on AOGASHIMA ★ Ao-Chu Shochu distillery ★ Aogashima heliport ★ The volcanic island steamer (for lunch) ★ The island sauna ★ Oyamatenbo Park (Observation Area) for the view over the crater and the sky at night ★ Aogashima Port ★ Maruyama & Shrine FOOD TO TRY ★ Torinabe (Chicken Soup Pot) ★ Ashitaba (an island leaf / herb that's used in cooking) ★ Island fish in season Note: you can ask your inn about trying these at scheduled meals THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT VISITING AOGASHIMA 1) You must have a reservation to stay somewhere before arriving. Lodging is limited. Call ahead, even for camping. 2) There is an ATM at the post office but come with cash just in case 3) Helicopters are often sold out a month in advance. Ferry tickets are easy to get but your departure date may not be convenient. 4) Walking is possible everywhere but many tourists rent a car. Other tourists may pick you up if you hitchhike. It takes 80 minutes to walk from the heliport to Aogashima pier. Les Secrets De La Langue Française : Robe et dérober

02:00
Tayo S4 EP3 l Please believe me l Tayo the Little Bus l Season 4 Episode 3

11:01
As buses and cars go to school(attend school), it is important for them to be on time and arrive on class on time. As classes are going forward in this semester, they seem to find out that Iracha is getting late really often, like every time! So Ms. Teach gave Iracha a warning that he shouldn't be late again. As our little buses, Tayo, Rogi, Lani and Gani ask Iracha why he's being late so often. Iracha shares unbelievable things he saw on the street or he experienced on his way to school. Is all his stories are true? Or is Iracha is lying just because he wants to get out of trouble?!

The Choice is Ours (2016) Official Full Version

01:37:20
https://www.thevenusproject.com Intro: 0:00 Part 1 6:16 Part 2 23:28 Part 3 47:03 Part 4 1:19:09 Produced/Directed by Roxanne Meadows and Joel Holt Script by Roxanne Meadows Editor Joel Holt, assisted by Roxanne Meadows & Nathanael Dinwiddie Original Score by Kat Epple This film series explores many aspects of our society. To rethink what is possible in our world, we need to consider what kind of world we want to live in. Although we refer to it as a civilization, it is anything but civilized. Visions of global unity & fellowship have long inspired humanity, yet the social arrangements up to the present have largely failed to produce a peaceful and productive world. While we appear to be technically advanced, our values and behaviors are not. The possibility of an optimistic future is in stark contrast to our current social, economic, and environmental dilemmas. The Choice Is Ours includes interviews with notable scientists, media professionals, authors, and other thinkers exploring the difficulties we face. Part I provides an introduction and overview of cultural & environmental conditions that are untenable for a sustainable world civilization. It explores the determinants of behavior to dispel the myth of “human nature” while demonstrating how environment shapes behavior. The science of behavior is an important - yet largely missing - ingredient in our culture. Part II questions the values, behaviors, and consequences of our social structures, and illustrates how our global monetary system is obsolete and increasingly insufficient to meet the needs of most people. Critical consideration of the banking, media, and criminal justice systems reveals these institutions for what they really are: tools of social control managed by the established political and economic elite. If we stay the present course, the familiar cycles of crime, economic booms & busts, war, and further environmental destruction are inevitable. Part III explains the methods and potential of science. It proposes solutions that we can apply at present to eliminate the use of non-renewable sources of energy. It depicts the vision of The Venus Project to build an entirely new world from the ground up, a “redesign of the culture”, where all enjoy a high standard of living, free of servitude and debt, while also protecting the environment. Part IV explains how it is not just architecture and a social structure that is in desperate need of change, but our values which have been handed down from centuries ago. They too need to be updated to our technological age, which has the potential to eliminate our scarcity-driven societies of today. Our problems are mostly of our own making, but we can still turn things around before the point of no return. It’s not too late for an optimistic outlook on the fantastic possibilities that lie before us. Jacque Fresco-Futurist, Industrial Designer, Social Engineer, Founder of The Venus Project Jeffrey A. The Venus Project proposes an alternative vision of what the future can be if we apply what we already know in order to achieve a sustainable new world civilization. It calls for a straightforward redesign of our culture in which the age-old inadequacies of war, poverty, hunger, debt and unnecessary human suffering are viewed not only as avoidable but as totally unacceptable. Anything less will result in a continuation of the same catalog of problems inherent in today's world.
