I finished my abdominal tattoo today. My friend Clayton from Wingnut Tattoo (St. Cloud, MN.) did it. The 3 bottom symbols in black on my stomach are new. This was taken right when he finished Hence the redness and swelling... lol. The bottom center Alchemy symbol is known as Antimony or Alchemy Wolf (lupus metallorum). This elemental alchemy symbol represents animal tendencies found in humankind – a wild nature in all of us and is considered a protection symbol. The other 2 symbols are the Elder Futhark runes Eihwaz and Ansuz. *A playlist of videos showing my other tattoos can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL01qaZ66lpIQNIfBFKe3NHtyrCIvJK5Xo *Visit my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/1st508th_airborne/

A symbol is a powerful tool of magic. It is an archetype buried deep in the universal soil of our subconscious. Hence, the magical forces of these symbols get their power from every human being’s subconscious, linking them all in an invisible yet unbreakable way. The more a symbol is used the more magical power it gets. The following 6 symbols are as powerful as a symbol can be. All are linked with invisible forces. They have been used for centuries in magical practices. Ancient priests and priestesses carved these talismans in ritual artifacts to tap into their power. We still use their magic today, and each symbol attracts us when we need it the most. They speak to us in a very mystical way. Listen to them. Which one calls for you? Which Symbol do you choose? 1.Eye of Horus The eye of Horus also known as Wadjet Ouadza (or Udjat, Wedjat) is one of the most distinguished and used symbols of the Ancient Egypt. If you choose the Eye of Horus your aura needs protection immediately. 2.Labyrinth Labyrinths were created to protect what their centre holds. Trying to decrypt the symbol, we could say that the Labyrinth helps us find our true nature, our spiritual centre, our God seed. Labyrinths are created to cheat imps and demons by trapping them forever in their centre. If the Labyrinth calls for you then you need to find your inner centre. 3.Trident The Trident is a symbol of a strong divine Patriarch figure. It is the symbol of Lord Siva of Hinduism and God Poseidon of Greek Religion. The Three Edges of his Trident may symbolize his Three Eyes and the Middle edge may symbolise his Third Eye. 4.Triskelion The number Three has always been considered magical and/or sacred. In triskelion the Pillars of our body are powerful forces of Change, overcoming difficulties and jumping over physical and spiritual barriers. If you choose the Triskelion then you need something to help you break the barriers of your physical life. 5.Ouroboros Uroborus (or Ouroborus) was used by Gnostics a lot and it had been confused with dark arts during the Middle Age. It seems like that this symbol was a sacred emblem in Phrygia in the first centuries BC. 6. Scarab Scarabs are beetles. From the dead and the waste, scarabs emerge alive, and this is why ancient Egyptians believed that scarabs come from the dead, from the underworld or that they are consisted from Underworld’s matter. This is why, if you choose this symbol you need to channel the wisdom of your past ancestors.

I got a new tattoo added to the center of my chest. Its a Bindrune. It's a combination of the Wolfsangel rune and the Tiwaz rune. I thought these 2 runes made a great Bindrune combination My good friend Clayton from Wingnut Tattoo in St. Cloud, MN. did the ink (*and almost all my other tattoos as well). If you are ever looking for great tattoo work and you are 8n the area I highly recommend both Clayton and Kelli and Wingnut Tattoo St. Cloud, MN. *A playlist of videos showing my other tattoos can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL01qaZ66lpIQNIfBFKe3NHtyrCIvJK5Xo *TIWAZ - is a warrior rune named after the god Tyr who is the Viking God of law and justice. Chaos comes to order through the attributes of awakened consciousness and the guiding principles concerned with carrying out such an awakening. This rune references the legendary Norse warrior "Tyr", who while struggling to save his people, lost his hand to a giant wolf named Fenris. While Tyr was victorious and showed incredible resolve and bravery -- his victory came at great personal cost. Tyr's victory ensured the safety of his fellow clan, but through the sacrifice of his victory, he rendered himself useless in his chosen trade. Tiwaz is a positive rune, but it carries a stern message of responsibility, cost and loyalty. *The WOLFSANGEL - or wolf-hook is similar to a large fishing hook that was used to catch wolves in the same way as catching fish with bait that hooked the wolf once it was swallowed. From this it was used to symbolise protection from wolves and it has a strong superstition concerning werewolves, it was also used in battle to give the wearer the strength and ferocity of the wolf. Wolfangel is associated with the god of war Tyr who had his hand bitten off by the Fenris wolf after being tricked into being tethered by a magic chain. There is a stronger association with the god Vidar son of Odin who slew the wolf after he escaped and devoured his father. From Norse mythology we can understand why In the Middle Ages Wolfangel was used as a means of protection to bind together all negative influences and destroy them. The shape of the rune Wolfsangel has two variations this one with a single hook in a vertical position and another with a double hook which is shown horizontally. ==================================================== ***Here are my channels top 3 videos... Vegvisir Tattoo | The Viking Compass Tattoo | Xpose Tattoos Jaipur | Timelapse The Vegvisir, also known as the runic compass or the Viking compass made of eight Viking rune staves, is a symbol of protection and guidance believed to be used as a compass by Vikings. The word vegvisir means ‘wayfinder’ and ‘sign post’ in Icelandic language. Although it is commonly known as the Viking compass and associated by some people with the voyages Vikings made around the World during the Viking Age, there is quite a bit of a debate regarding the origin of the Vegvisir. one sentence to say about it: “If this sign is carried, one will never lose one’s way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known. for more info, Contact📞: +917568000888 Website: http://tattoosjaipur.com Address: 3rd floor, Crystal Palm Mall, 22 Godam Circle, Jaipur Facebook👥: www.facebook.com/XposeTattoosJaipur Snapchat👻: phoenix_xpose 📧mail: [email protected] #xposetattoos #instalove #tattoo #tattoos #tattooist #tattoolife #instadaily #tattooed #tattooer #ink #inked #tattoodesigns #tattooedgirls #india #rajasthan #jaipur #tattooartistinjaipur #tattooinjaipur #tattooflash #tattooing #blog #tattoogirls #tattooart #tattoooftheday #tattooidea #tattootime #tattoostudio #tattoomaker

I combine my background in Runic Magick and Hindu Puja to produce a Magickal Runic Seal that provides protection when in close proximity to the caster. The Rune I use is "Algiz" from the Elder Futhark runic system (the oldest in northern European runes). Algiz is the rune of protection, with elements of a "Divine Duality" and a form through which Odin communicates with the chosen. In this video I out Algiz at the center of four expansions of Itself. Runes are more than just symbols, they are primordial Spirits through which everything is created, the "Gods of the gods". I offer to the runes as well as connect to them. The Sandal powder I use as well as the Ghee, and candles are not European in nature but I combine systems to suit the goal and the universe always rewards me for it. The Mugwort I burn and the Mugwort oil I smear is Northern European in root. Blood is a powerful Magickal fuel everywhere.

The Helm of Awe - done with Henna. Henna Tattoo – Diwali. The “arms” of the Helm appear to be Z-runes. The original name of this rune is unknown, but nowadays it's often called “Algiz.” The meaning of this rune had much to do with protection and prevailing over one's enemies, which makes it a fitting choice for inclusion in a symbol like the Helm of Awe.

I got some new ink yesterday. The rocker of runes above my stomach is in Younger Futhark runes and says 'WOLF OF ODIN. Younger Futhark runes are the runes used by the Vikings. A common mistake people make is using Elder Futhark in viking tattoos... The Elder Futhark were pre-viking era. The symbol below that is a Galdrastafir - a Icelandic magical stave symbol. This one is called the Ulfsvard (Wolf's Guard). The Ulfsvard gave one allegiance with wolves and protection from them when traversing through their territories. Tattoo was done by my good friend Clayton at Wingnut Tattoo in St. Cloud, MN. I'm getting 2 more Galdrastafir symbols on my ribs on the 23rd... the Ulfshjartr (Wolf's Heart) and the Ulfsmodr (Wolf's Rage). I'll share them also here. Runes, or Old Norse, are letters of a runic alphabet that were used to write Germanic languages before use the of Latin. The earliest runic inscriptions date all the way back to 150 AD. The first inscriptions found on actual artifacts still remain a mystery. The early runes were not only a writing system, but magical symbols for spells and charms. The name rune itself means "secret or something hidden”. 'Hammer of Thor' unearthed: Runes on 1,000-year-old amulet solve mystery of why Viking charms were worn for protection Legend says Thor's hammer helped protect Asgard, home of the gods Thousands of Viking amulets similar to Thor's hammer have been found This amulet discovery is the only one with the inscription 'This is hammer' It finally ends the debate about whether amulets were a representation of Thor's hammer In Norse mythology, Thor's hammer helped prevent giants from destroying Asgard, the celestial home of the gods. Thousands of tiny intricate amulets, similar to this weapon, have been found all over the Viking world since the first millennium CE. But for years, researchers have been unsure whether the amulets, known as 'torshammere', were a representation of Thor's hammer or something else entirely. Now, archaeologists have unearthed a 10th century torshammere in Købelev, on the Danish island of Lolland, that could finally end the debate on how Thor's legend influenced Viking jewellery. The latest find is unusual as it has runes inscribed that reads 'Hmar x is' meaning 'This is a Hammer'. 'It was the amulet's protective power that counted, and often we see torshammere and Christian crosses appearing together, providing double protection', said Peter Pentz, an archaeologist at the National Museum of Denmark. This object is cast in bronze and has traces of silver or tin and gold plating, according to a report in Past Horizons. Mr Pentz said he grateful to the unknown rune writer who has confirmed that these amulets do depict Thor's hammer -- a lasting symbol of Viking culture. The fact that the person who made the hammer was literate is a source of fascination for archaeologists. They claim the amulet could indicate that literacy was widespread among craftspeople. The runes range in height from 3 to 7mm, so it required precision to inscribe them onto the amulet. As well as the torshammere, the archaeologists recovered fragments of silver needles and a mould for making brooches. These suggest that there may have been a workshop producing jewellery nearby. Museum Lolland-Falster, who reported the discovery, has no plans to excavate the Viking site at Købelev, but said it will continue metal detector surveys. Runology is the study of the runic alphabets, runic inscriptions, runestones, and their history. Runology forms a specialised branch of Germanic linguistics. The earliest runic inscriptions date from around 150 AD. The characters were generally replaced by the Latin alphabet as the cultures that had used runes underwent Christianisation, by approximately 700 AD in central Europe and 1100 AD in northern Europe. However, the use of runes persisted for specialized purposes in northern Europe. Until the early 20th century, runes were used in rural Sweden for decorative purposes in Dalarna and on Runic calendars.

Rune casting is a popular method of divination passed down from Norse antiquity. Using the rune letters or Futhark of northern European traditions, a runester or rune caster uses this divination method in a variety of ways. Rune casting is a very open system and personal adaptations are welcomed, which are not alway considered correct in other divinatory systems. It is nondogmatic. In this video, a brief look is given at the rune casting system, mythology and methods of divining. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For More SpiritMonkey go to: Main Website - www.spiritmonkey.me/ Facebook Page - www.facebook.com/Knowledge.Nature.Spirit/?fref=ts LinkedIn - za.linkedin.com/in/francois-cronje-410669129 Patreon - www.patreon.com/SpiritMonkey Twitter - twitter.com/SpiritMonkey_SM ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Music: Silence Await by CDK (CC Attribution 3.0) & Forgotten Land by Doxent Zsigmond (CC Attribution 3.0) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: Conway, D.J.
