This song reminds me of my bestfriend
We have been in the same class for 5 years straight and this year I came out, she has a boyfriend... I have a HUGE crush on her and she knows.. she told me she's bisexual also and I cant tell anybody but she flirts with me and sends mixed signals... I need advice
I had my first kiss with this song in the background...it was with my best friend in my room. We're still bestfriends who really flirt alot. We never got together because each time we tried to the timing wasn't right and we have family problems. She has stuck with me through thick and thin. I'm so grateful for her💕💖
Great video except for the cigarette smoking. Cigarettes will not make you more lesbian, bi, pan, or anything else --they will only make you *dead,* slowly and painfully. Cigarette and e-cigarette smoke contains nicotine, which is the most addictive *drug* known --more addictive than heroin or cocaine. Cigarette smoke and e-cigarette vape have nicotine that can make you addicted in just a few hits. Addiction is a chemical phenomena. Once you take those hits your physical brain is addicted and your mind cannot "think," or "will power" your way out of it, because your physical brain is totally fucked up by the drug, so that your mind, which depends on your brain, is totally fucked up too. Don't pick up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_th5U5hRu8k

2016 Workforce 100: Ranking the World’s Top Companies for HR.
American Express, which has made the list all three years, takes the top spot in this year’s list of top companies for HR.
To excel at everything from talent management to recruiting to benefits to diversity is not an easy task. To shine in those areas year after year is exemplary. Now in its third year, the Workforce 100 recognizes companies that excel in various areas of human resources during the course of the previous year. To determine which companies make the list, Workforce editors work with researchers from the Human Capital Media Advisory Group, the magazine’s research arm.
To find out which companies are the best for HR management, the research team created a statistical formula to shift through publicly available data on HR performance to separate the best from the rest. This year, to give employees more of a “say,” we’ve asked recruiting and job review website Glassdoor Inc. to provide data on what workers are saying about the companies that made our short list. From there, we combined that information with the public data available to create our 2016 Workforce 100 list.
American Express Inc. was the top company on this year’s list, and it has made the list all three years. Thirty-three other companies have also made all of the lists.
