toxic work place is a real thing and we need to shine more light on it to change our sociopathic corporate culture. begin with healing individuals so we don't continue the cycle of trauma. here's my experience with toxic workplace: http://www.mybreathingmind.com/blog/you-might-not-be-as-safe-as-you-think-you-are-at-work

I’ve listened to his TED Talk a long time ago and some of it did resonate. But hearing this whole interview on their website really made things very clear for me. I urge you to watch it if you are struggling with your team’s production lacking the metric and the consistency. I learned a lot and I will use it moving forward.

I think there's a real lack of leadership training. It's so painful to work with managers that don't know how to lead. Thanks for sharing this video!

Roman, yes leadership training lacks nationwide. It's a horrid epidemic that companies refuse to acknowledge.

so according to Simon, an entrepreneur is someone who is a problem solver with a big company? Small businesses can solve problems too. can someone explain?
Frank Dracman (1 year ago)
entrepreneur is too vague broad and subjective a word to take as meaning anything precise. Id say in this context he meant an atypical unconventional, or at least non stereotype, person
RichOrElse (2 years ago)
He said "Not all business owners are entrepreneurs and some entrepreneurs own huge businesses."
