What if you want to show all products by one customer on one line? Ex. David, MIller, Products {1,3}?

I have five tables. they are: PurchaseDetails,PurchaseReturnDetails,SalesDetails,SalesReturnDetails and WastageDetails. I want to make a query with these tables to maintain stock report. Every tables have one same field that is ItemID. want to display total purchase quantity,purchase return quantity sales quantity, salesreturn quantity and wastage quantity group by ItemID. Can any one help me ?

We see so many videos on SQL syntax but this is not useful in itself. I'd like to see how to put this info on a useful web form. I'd like to hear some recommendations for what program to use for a LAN environment. Openoffice base comes to mind but I know it's not the best. I did enjoy the video however.
